Jati Padang Urban Village's Head Section of Governmental, Ridwan Kurnia, admitted today's aid was given by South Jakarta PMI in the form of 50 in-kind kit packages and 10 cleaning kit packages.

"We have been providing assistance since the floods inundated residents' settlements, including in-kind assistance, kidsware, and ready-to-eat food," he said, Monday (11/3).

He explained that his team has prioritized aid distribution to those who have sought refuge in the designated shelter since the first day.

According to him, the assistances were also distributed to the survivors at their home after they left the shelters.

"Health service assistance has also been provided, both at refugee posts and directly to residents' homes," he explained.

Meanwhile, one of the survivors, Acim admitted he already received the assistance in form of ready-to-eat food and up to health services.

"Hopefully the broken embankment can be rebuilt soon to avoid flood during rain," he hoped.
